CanvasMe is a brand operated by AL&SHA LLC, the seller responsible for your order. Contact us at [email protected] and include your order reference.

The service

You choose a style, such as an oil painting, watercolor or old photo restoration. We prepare an AI-assisted design of your photo in that style and share a free protected preview. If you want a printed canvas, choose a size and provide a delivery address. We confirm a specific canvas product, crop, exact USD total and delivery estimate before payment. The purchase is one custom printed canvas shipped to that address. No subscription or additional customer approval after payment is required. The free preview is not a clean production file.

Before you upload

You must be at least 18 and own the photo or have permission to use it and to authorize this processing. Do not submit unlawful content or images that violate another person's rights. Keep your own original: CanvasMe is not a photo backup service. We may decline images that are unsuitable for the chosen style.

What AI styles and restoration can and cannot do

Artistic styles reinterpret your photo: brushstrokes, colors, clothing in a royal portrait and backgrounds are created by AI and are not an exact copy of the original. Black-and-white and sepia photos may be colorized. Added colors are an interpretation, not a guarantee of historical accuracy. AI can change faces, text, clothing and small details. Review the preview carefully before paying. We cannot guarantee recovery of missing information, historical accuracy, an exact likeness or suitability for a particular print size. We do not offer forensic restoration. A larger file does not necessarily contain more authentic detail.

Price, payment and delivery

Your quote itemizes the canvas, shipping and any applicable tax. Quotes expire at the time shown on your private page. Confirm the crop, size, recipient and address before paying. Initial delivery is to street addresses in the contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently quote PO boxes, military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii or US territories. The exact product and included accessories are described in your quote.

Card payments use Stripe and Bitcoin payments use our BTCPay Server when offered. Follow the network, exact amount and expiration on the Bitcoin invoice; payment must be confirmed before production. Do not send a second payment if the first is pending or uncertain. Contact us for help.

Your quote includes a ship-by date and an estimated delivery window. We email tracking when your canvas ships. If we cannot ship by the promised date, we will contact you to offer a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. We will obtain any required consent to a delay. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates; contact us before purchasing for a fixed deadline.

Cancellations and problems

You may decline the preview or quote without paying. After payment, contact us promptly to cancel. We can cancel and refund an order before it enters production; after production starts, a custom canvas cannot normally be canceled for a change of mind. This does not restrict rights provided by applicable law.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will refund it. If the canvas arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from the approved crop and specification, contact us promptly with your order reference and photographs of the canvas and packaging, if available. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Do not return a canvas to a printing partner without contacting us first. We remain responsible for customer support.

Card refunds return to the original payment method. For Bitcoin refunds, we coordinate the return securely through BTCPay; contact us rather than sending wallet secrets. Bank and network processing times vary. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Your photos and permission to process them

You retain your rights in the original. You give us permission to store it, send it to our processing providers, create and review the design, and share the production artwork and shipping details with the printing partner and carrier to fulfill your order. This permission does not allow us to use your photos in advertising or a public portfolio without separate permission. We do not promise exclusive copyright in AI-generated details.

Our privacy notice explains the information we handle and our providers. Future changes to these terms apply to new requests; they do not change an already accepted quote without your agreement.
