Introduction

CanvasMe ("we", "our", or "us") operates https://canvasme.ministore.club. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Service.

Information Collection and Use

We collect the following types of information:

  • Email Address: When you submit an order, we collect your email address to send you your preview and payment link.
  • Photos: We store your photo and send a resized copy to fal.ai to create your design in the style you chose. After payment, we send the same reviewed design to fal.ai for print enlargement only when the selected size requires it. A CanvasMe operator reviews the results before sharing them.
  • Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe for card payments, or our self-hosted BTCPay Server when Bitcoin is offered at checkout. We keep payment references and status, but do not store your card details or wallet keys. Blockchain transactions are public.
  • Order records: We keep your order reference, approved quote, processing consent and terms version, payment status, review decisions and delivery records so we can fulfill and support your purchase.
  • Shipping: We collect the recipient name and delivery address to quote and fulfill a canvas order. The selected printing partner receives the production image, product specification and delivery details needed to print and ship it. Carriers receive the delivery details needed for transport.

Data Storage

Original photos and generated files are kept in private application storage. Your private order links grant access to the preview and shipping details to anyone who has them; do not share those links publicly. Contact us to request deletion. Automated deletion is not currently enabled.

Third-Party Services

We use fal.ai to create your design and for enlargement, Stripe for payment processing, our self-hosted BTCPay Server for Bitcoin payments when available, Cloudflare to send and route order messages, and Google Workspace/Gmail for customer support. The printing partner named in your order handles production and shipping. We share only what is needed to fulfill your order. Use of your photos

We use uploaded photos to prepare and deliver the requested design. We do not publish your photos in our gallery or advertising without separate permission. Our processing providers handle data under their own policies; their processing and storage may take place in other countries.

Cookies

CanvasMe does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. To understand how the site is used, we keep anonymous, aggregated daily page counts on our own server: the public page viewed, the referring website's name or campaign tag, a country and whether the device is mobile or desktop. We do not store your IP address, a visitor identifier or the pages of your order, and we skip counting when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Our hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and requests, to operate and protect the site. Stripe may use cookies on its hosted checkout under its own policy.
